"30 Days" - In the Navajo Nation

I've enjoyed most of what Morgan Spurlock does in documentaries since he uses himself as our very own lab rat as we live vicariously through his travels and findings. If anything, you remember "Super Size Me."

In the show "30 Days" which is shown on FX, he lives the life of others for a period of 30 days or creates the situation with other people, in order to truly experience, even for a short time, walking in someone else's shoes. In this particular episode, Spurlock takes to the Navajo Nation, not knowing exactly what he'll find, but ultimately his eyes are opened in a way he may not have expected.

Enjoy :)
